All of these companies are new to the New York show. Two companies won 2018 Sofi Awards: Rockin� Rubs and Jenkins Jellies.

Savor California is a marketing company founded by St. Claire in 2003 to help small gourmet food producers in California find new markets by cooperative efforts, both online at www.SavorCalifornia.com, via the Savor California monthly newsletter, and at both Fancy Food Shows.
