Michelada

Kosher salt or sea salt
Celery salt
Chili powder
Lime wedges
1 ouncePacific Pickle Works Michelada Shrub
Mexican beer

 

Optional: make a rimming salt of equal parts coarse salt, celery salt and chili powder. Rim glass with a little lime and dip rim of the glass in the salt mixture.

Fill a pint glass with ice.

Pour 1 ounce of the Michelada Shrub in the glass.

Pour in your favorite Mexican beer.

Garnish with a wedge of lime.
