|Whole wheat pita pockets|
|Spinach, cut into thin strips|
|Cherry tomatoes, quartered|
|Cucumber, cut into thin strips|
|Carrot, cut into thin strips|
|Red onion, sliced thinly|
Cut the pita pockets in half and carefully open up the pockets with a table knife.
Generously spread Yamba Hummus inside the pockets.
Optional additions: avocado, red pepper, really anything you like!
