|1 cup||Your favorite Sonoma Syrup|
|2 cups ||Water|
|Fresh or frozen fruit|
|and / or|
|Fresh herbs, such as mint or lavender|
Mix syrup and water.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Add fruit and / or herbs.
Tightly cover the popsicle molds with plastic wrap and poke the popsicle sticks through the plastic wrap into the popsicle.
The plastic wrap makes sure that while they freeze, the sticks don't fall over at a weird angle.
Freeze for at least 4 hours and enjoy!
