Beans with Chili Paste

Yellow and green beans, stem end removed
Butter or olive oil
Wild West Ferments Chili Paste

 

In a large pot of boiling water, blanch beans for 2 minutes until just fork tender.

Add butter to a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sauté beans to coat with butter (or oil).

Add Chili Paste.

Heat through and serve.
