|½ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|½ cup (1 stick) ||Butter, melted|
|⅓ cup||Light brown sugar|
|⅓ cup||Granulated sugar|
|1 tablespoon||Grand Marnier|
|3 cups||Oat Cuisine Granola|
|1 cup||Semisweet chocolate chips|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter, mix well with sugars in large bowl. Blend in egg and Grand Marnier.
Whisk together flour, soda and salt. Add to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Add granola and chocolate chips. Hand blend carefully only until the blend is even.
Place by slightly rounded tablespoons onto a lined or buttered baking tray. Flatten down a bit.
Bake until pale golden - about 12 minutes. Cool a minute and transfer to rack to finish cooling.
