Stuffed Endive

Endive leaves
Blue cheese or Gorgonzola, crumbled
Candied pecans, chopped
Spindel Farms Simply Outrageous Pomegranate Vinegar
Fresh pomegranate arils (optional)


Place crumbled cheese, nuts, and arils (if using) in each endive leaf. Gently pour vinegar over each leaf to coat. Serve over a bed of fresh cranberries or pomegranate arils for a beautiful appetizer.
