|Ahi tuna steak|
|3 Tablespoons||Sesame oil|
|Salt and white pepper|
|2 Tablespoons||Tomato Pear Chutney|
|Mache, arugula or mixed greens|
Rub Ahi with a little sesame oil.
Heat fry pan over high heat. Add sesame oil and ahi tuna steak. Sear on both sides for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove and place on a bed of greens and top with Tomato Pear Chutney.
