Seared Ahi Tuna with Chutney

Ahi tuna steak
3 TablespoonsSesame oil
Salt and white pepper
2 TablespoonsTomato Pear Chutney
Mache, arugula or mixed greens


Rub Ahi with a little sesame oil.

Heat fry pan over high heat. Add sesame oil and ahi tuna steak. Sear on both sides for about 2-3 minutes.

Remove and place on a bed of greens and top with Tomato Pear Chutney.
