Mini Tomato & Veggie Pizza

1Valley Lahvosh 15" Round Crackerbread
3Valley Lahvosh 5" Round Crackerbreads
½ cupPizza sauce
1 cupMozzarella cheese, grated (or blend of your favorite cheeses)
3Roma tomatoes, sliced
¼ cupChopped green pepper
¼ cupSliced red onion
Fresh basil, chopped
Fresh oregano, chopped


Preheat oven to 275.

Spread or brush a thin layer of pizza sauce over Valley Lahvosh� crackerbread. Add cheese on top of pizza sauce.

Place Roma tomatoes on top of cheese then the bell peppers and red onion.

Sprinkle basil and oregano to season to taste.

Bake in 275� oven for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Variation: Use any of your favorite toppings to personalize your pizza!
