Tomato-Mozzarella Salad with La Tourangelle Basil Oil

1 pintHeirloom cherry tomatoes
1 cupFresh mozzarella balls, halved
1Lemon, juiced
⅓ cupLa Tourangelle Basil Oil
½ cupFresh basil leaves, optional garnish


Combine lemon juice, basil oil, salt and pepper.

Stir with a whisk.

Combine tomatoes, cheese and dressing in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Garnish with a few torn basil leaves, if desired.
