Kale ChipsRecipe courtesy of Athea Merredyth. 1 bunch | Baby kale | ½ teaspoon | NickelDime Syrups Caged Heat Cocktail Syrup | 2 tablespoons | Olive oil | | Sea salt, optional | | Preheat oven to 325.
Tear the kale into bite-size pieces.
Mix the Caged Heat with the olive oil. Toss the kale in the mixture.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
While hot, sprinkle with sea salt, if desired. | |
