|2 4-ounce packets
|Frozen Açaí puree
|Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
|Coconut milk or water
|AtheenOats What the Nut Granola
|Unsweetened coconut flakes
Break the frozen açaí up a little by slapping the sealed packets on the counter or hitting them with a mallet.
Blend the açaí with half of the banana and the coconut milk (or water) until it's the consistency of a thick smoothie.
Slice the remaining half banana.
Arrange the banana slices, the berries, the AtheenOats What the Nut Granola, and the coconut flakes on top of the açaí.
