| 1 ½ cups | All-purpose flour |
| ¾ teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ¼ teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 5 ⅓ tablespoons | Unsalted butter |
| ⅔ cups | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 cup (about 2) | Mashed, very ripe bananas |
| ¾ cup | AtheenOats Morning Glory Granola |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar on high for 2-3 minutes.
Stir flour mixture into butter mixture until blended.
Gradually beat in eggs.
Combine mashed banana and Morning Glory Granola. Fold into batter.
Pour into a 6-cup loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool 5-10 minutes. |
