|1 ½ cups||All-purpose flour|
|½ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|¼ teaspoon||Baking powder|
|5 ⅓ tablespoons||Unsalted butter|
|1 cup (about 2)||Mashed, very ripe bananas|
|¾ cup||AtheenOats Morning Glory Granola|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar on high for 2-3 minutes.
Stir flour mixture into butter mixture until blended.
Gradually beat in eggs.
Combine mashed banana and Morning Glory Granola. Fold into batter.
Pour into a 6-cup loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool 5-10 minutes.
