Shrimp Cocktail

40Shrimp, poached
1 jarSan Angel Cascabel Sauce
1Red onion, diced small
2Limes, juiced
1Avocado, diced
Cilantro leaves
Lime wedges

 

Poach 40 shrimp.

Mix one jar San Angel Cascabel Sauce with the diced red onion and juice of 2 limes.

Fold in the shrimp and diced avocado.

Serve in martini glasses, garnished with cilantro leaves and a lime wedge.

Serves 8.
