Chicken Fajita Burger

For Burgers
1- ⅔ poundsGround chicken
2 TablespoonsGourmet Chipotle Paste
3 TablespoonsFresh Cream Indulgence
¼ cupChopped fresh cilantro
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


For Toppings
1 TablespoonOlive oil
4 stripsBacon
2Red or green bell peppers, seeded and sliced into thin strips
1Medium onion, sliced into thin strips
1Jalape�o pepper, seeded and chopped, optional
2 cupsBlack Bean Fiesta Salsa
4Onion, or other crusty rolls, split in half

 

Combine chicken, chipotle paste, sauce, cilantro and grated onion. Divide into 4 patties to fit rolls. Drizzle patties with oil and cook 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Heat a medium skillet over high heat. Add olive oil, bacon, peppers and onions. Stir fry tossing with tongs to sear edges. Add jalape�o, if desired. Toss and cook about 3 minutes, then add salsa and toss to heat. Place burgers on each bun bottom and top with pepper-onion mixture.
