Chocolate Balsamic Vinaigrette
What better way to indulge in a little chocolate than by adding it to a healthy greens, pine nuts, and feta cheese? You’ll be looking for an excuse to eat your vegetables with this surprising twist on vinaigrette.
|2 Tablespoons||Balsamic vinegar|
|2 Tablespoons||Rice wine vinegar or white vinegar|
|1 ounce||Dark chocolate melted, Happy Chocolates|
|½ cup||Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|1 teaspoon||Minced garlic|
|1 teaspoon||Kosher salt|
|To taste||Ground pepper|
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend on low until mixed, less than a minute.
Makes 1 cup salad dressing; serves large salad for 10.
