Shrimp Quesadilla with Fire-Roasted Guacamole

115-ounce container, Native Kjalii Fire Roasted Guacamole
Flour tortillas
Cooked shrimp
Monterey Jack cheese


Layer cooked shrimp and cheese between two tortillas.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan, and cook quesadillas on each side until cheese is melted.

Cut into 6 wedges and top with Native Kjalii Fire Roasted Guacamole.
