1 Tablespoon each | Cumin, garlic powder, onion powder |
4 | Boneless chicken breasts, pounded, or boneless skinless thighs |

If using chicken breasts, pound to even thickness.
Mix first 4 ingredients. Pour over chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
Grill chicken until done, turning once.
