Triple Cr�me Chocolate Tartlets

4 ouncesMarin French Cheese Rouge et Noir Triple Cr�me Brie
12Tartlets, savory or sweet
Bittersweet chocolate chips or pieces

 

Helpful tools � melon baller and pastry bag and tip (or squeeze bottle with tip).

Fill tartlets � full with softened Triple Cr�me Brie (with or without rind).

Melt 60% bittersweet chocolate and pipe over Brie to cover. Let cool.

Pipe star on top with softened Triple Cr�me Brie (do not use rind).

May be chilled ahead of time for 48 hours. Or keep at room temperature for up to 6 hours prior to serving

Serves 4.
