| Bittersweet chocolate chips or pieces |

Helpful tools melon baller and pastry bag and tip (or squeeze bottle with tip).
Fill tartlets ¾ full with softened Triple Crème Brie (with or without rind).
Melt 60% bittersweet chocolate and pipe over Brie to cover. Let cool.
Pipe star on top with softened Triple Crème Brie (do not use rind).
May be chilled ahead of time for 48 hours. Or keep at room temperature for up to 6 hours prior to serving
