Napa Cole Slaw

4 cupsWhite or Napa cabbage, or a combination, finely shredded
2 cupsRed seedless grapes, cut in half
3 cupsRipe Bartlett pears, peeled, cored, and diced small
¼ cupChives or green onions, finely chopped
2 TablespoonsPickled ginger, finely chopped (optional)
¾ cupA Perfect Pear from Napa Valley's Ginger Pear Salad Dressing
½ teaspoonSalt
½ teaspoonCoarsely ground black pepper
¼ teaspoonCrushed red peppers

 

Combine cabbage, fruit, chives and ginger in medium bowl.

Combine dressing with salt, pepper, and crushed red peppers in small bowl and mix well.

Add to dressing to slaw ingredients and toss well.
