Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

Medium or large shrimp or prawns
Bacon, half strip per shrimp
Diane's Sweet Heat Raspberry Habanero Jam

 

Pre-cook bacon for a couple of minutes, to render out some of the fat.

Wrap each uncooked shrimp or prawn with half a strip of bacon. Use a toothpick to hold them together.

Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for about 20 minutes.

Dip in your choice of Diane�s Sweet Heat habanero jam.
