Bacon-Onion Chutney

4 stripsBacon, diced small
1 mediumSweet onion, sliced thin
¾ cupSauce Goddess Glaze or Sauce *
1 cupWater


In a saute pan, cook the bacon until close to crunchy. Remove and drain excess fat.

Add onions and 1/4 cup Sauce Goddess Sauce, and 1/4 cup water.

Cook on low. Add water as needed until the onions are soft.

Add more sauce and continue cooking until the mixture turns thick.

Top burgers with this yummy bacon-onion topping and maybe some blue cheese.

* Suggested Sauce Goddess sauces: Sticky Sweet, Sweet & Spicy, or Sweet Red Devil. To make it super spicy, use the Sweet Red Devil. Enjoy!
