|1 ¼ pounds||Ground turkey|
|3 Tablespoons||Fresh basil, chopped|
|2 Tablespoons||Sauce Goddess BBQ Sweet Heat Spice Rub|
|1||Serrano pepper, minced|
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
With wet hands, form the meat mixture into 4 burgers.
Place burgers on wax or parchment paper and place in freezer for 15 minutes prior to cooking.
AFTER you make the Bacon-Onion Chutney (see Sauce Goddess recipes), cook the burgers and top with the chutney.
