| 10 ounces | Halibut, cut into 2 pieces |
| 1 cup | Almonds, finely chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | Parsley, chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | Thyme, chopped |
| 1 | Orange, zested |
| 1 Tablespoon | Orange juice |
| 1 teaspoon | Honey |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Black pepper, freshly ground |
| 3 teaspoons | La Tourangelle Roasted Almond Oil |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Mix all the ingredients together (besides the halibut) in a bowl and pour out onto a dinner plate. Press the halibut into the crust making sure it is coated.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or flesh bounces back to the touch.
Yield: 2 servings.
