Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza

The Perfect Bite has generously given us one of their popular recipes.

Pizza crust dough
½ cupCapers, drained and chopped
1 cupShredded Fontina cheese
½ cupShredded Quattro Formaggio cheese
1 cupGoat cheese, crumbled
1 cupSun-dried tomato pesto
1 cupFresh tomatoes, diced


Roll out dough to desired size.

Combine capers and pesto. Spread onto pizza.

Combine Fontina, Quattro Formaggio, and crumbled goat cheese. Sprinkle evenly onto the pizza.

Top with diced tomatoes.

Bake at 350�F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
