Scrambled Egg Sandwich with Cheese and Pickles

2 slicesWhole wheat bread, buttered on one side
Butter, optional
1 tablespoonMilk
To tasteSalt and pepper
1 sliceCheddar cheese
Sonoma Brinery Bread and Butter Pickles


Heat the broiler.

Toast the bread in a toaster. Butter if desired.

Whisk the eggs with the milk and salt and pepper. Cook to desired doneness.

While eggs are cooking, place cheese on one bread slice, trying to cover the bread as much as possible. Place under the broiler to melt the cheese.

Top with scrambled eggs and pickles. Add second toasted bread slice.

Makes one sandwich.
