| Savory Egg White Scramble with Curtido and BroccoliCurtido is a lightly fermented cabbage relish, typical in Central American cuisines. It resembles sauerkraut, which Sonoma Brinery also makes. |  | Egg whites |  |  | Salt and pepper |  |  | Butter |  |  | Broccoli, cut into florets |  |  | Garlic |  |  | Fresh lemon juice |  |  | Sonoma Brinery Curtido, room temperature |  |  | Sriracha |  |   |  | Season the egg whites with salt and pepper. Scramble in butter. 
 
Steam the broccoli. When cooked, toss with crushed garlic and a squeeze of lemon juice.
 
Make a bed of the broccoli, top with the scrambled eggs whites, and then with the curtido. 
 
Drizzle with sriracha. |
