| 6 small | Sweet potatoes |
| 6 teaspoons | Olive oil |
| 6 teaspoons | Sea salt |
| 6 teaspoons | Black pepper |
| ½ cup | Sour cream |
| ½ cup | Cowboy BBQ Cranberry-Orange Jalapeño Chutney |

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then rub each one with 1 teaspoon oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon each of sea salt and black pepper.
Bake whole for about 1 hour, or until soft all the way through.
Scoop out the sweet potato from the skins and mash.
Top each serving with 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1 tablespoon Cowboy BBQ Chutney.
