| 1 tablespoon | Honey |
| 9 | Strawberries |
| Apple slices (green for color) |
| 1 | Lemon, sliced |
| 1 750 ml bottle | Vignette Wine Country Soda, California Brut |
| 1 | Lemon, juiced |

In a microwave, warm honey and 2 tablespoons water until honey is melted. Let cool.
Place 1 hulled strawberry in a pitcher; mash.
Fill pitcher with ice. Add whole or halved strawberries, apple slices, and lemon slices.
Combine honey mixture, soda, and juice. Stir.
Makes 8 glasses. |
