| 3 tablespoons | Sherry vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | La Tourangelle Pistachio Oil |
| Pinch | Salt |
| ⅓ cup | Pistachios, toasted |
| ⅓ cup | Dried cranberries |
| 2 handfulls | Baby mixed greens |

In a small mixing bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil and salt.
Toss the pistachios, cranberries and mixed greens together.
Add dressing to taste, toss, and serve.
Yield: 2 servings.
