Pistachio & Cranberry Salad

3 tablespoonsSherry vinegar
2 tablespoonsLa Tourangelle Pistachio Oil
PinchSalt
⅓ cupPistachios, toasted
⅓ cupDried cranberries
2 handfullsBaby mixed greens

 

In a small mixing bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil and salt.

Toss the pistachios, cranberries and mixed greens together.

Add dressing to taste, toss, and serve.

Yield: 2 servings.
