| 1 | Yellow onion, chopped |
| 4 cloves | Garlic, chopped |
| 2 pounds | Ground beef |
| Cowboy BBQ Salty Bronc Seasoning |
| ½ teaspoon | Cumin |
| 2 - 14-ounce cans | Petite diced tomatoes |
| 1 - 15-ounce cans | Black beans, drained and rinsed |
| ½ cup | Water |
| 1 jar | Cowboy BBQ Corn Salsa |

Cook chopped onion and garlic with a little oil.
Add ground beef. Cook until brown.
Add cumin and Salty Bronc to taste.
Add the rest of ingredients.
Cook for about ½ hour to let flavors blend.
Serve with corn bread.
