Add vegetable oil to a medium saucepan. Saut� onion, garlic, celery and jalape�o until soft.
Add tomatoes in juice, tomato paste, beans, and water. Simmer on low.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef or turkey. Drain and add to simmering mixture.
Add both Salsa Verde and Rojo Loco. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on low for 1/2 hour.
Optional toppings: sour cream, slices of avocado, a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
