| 3 medium | Tomatoes, diced, including the juice * |
| ½ | Cucumber, diced small |
| ½ | Yellow, red, or green bell pepper, diced small |
| ¼ | Yellow, white, or red onion, diced small |
| 1 teaspoon | White or red wine vinegar |
| ½ | Lime, juiced |
| 2 teaspoons | Mrs. A's Salsa Buena |
| To taste | Salt and pepper |

Combine all ingredients, except salsa. Leave chunky or blend.
Top with Mrs. A's Salsa Buena.
Optional garnishes: avocado cut into chunks, sprigs of cilantro, wedges of lime.
* A can of diced tomatoes with the juice may be substituted. |
