1 large can or box | Low-sodium low fat chicken broth |
1 can | Diced tomatoes in juice |
| Salt and pepper |

| Diced avocado |
| Tortilla chips |
Squeeze | Fresh lime juice |

Cut the onion, carrots, celery and zucchini into small cubes.
Sauté in oil until soft.
Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes with the juice
Cook for 1.2 hour, season with salt and pepper
Blend with a hand blender until smooth
Top each serving with Mrs. A’s Salsa, avocado, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, and tortilla chips.
