| 1 large can or box | Low-sodium low fat chicken broth |
| 1 can | Diced tomatoes in juice |
| Salt and pepper |
| Mrs. A's Salsa Buena |
| Diced avocado |
| Tortilla chips |
| Squeeze | Fresh lime juice |

Cut the onion, carrots, celery and zucchini into small cubes.
Saut� in oil until soft.
Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes with the juice
Cook for 1.2 hour, season with salt and pepper
Blend with a hand blender until smooth
Top each serving with Mrs. A�s Salsa, avocado, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, and tortilla chips.
