Once again Nick Smith of "View from the Bay" did a live interview with Jane St. Claire from SavorCalifornia.com and Ray Johnson from the Chronicle Wine Competition. The Wine Competition Tasting was held at Fort Mason on February 20.
A small sampling of the gourmet foods and wines featured at the tasting included products from: Fabrique DÚlices, Meyenberg Goat Milk Cheese, Marin French Camembert Cheese, apples sprinkled with Pollen Ranch's Divine Desserts Spice Blend, Butterfly Brittle, and Donsuemor Madeleines.
